Rev. Jonathan Chechile is a native of New England, a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Before coming to Salem, Jonathan served over a decade replanting a historic church in Metrowest Boston.
He and his wife, Veronique, are passionate about the Gospel and New England. Since coming to Salem, he has worked to proclaim the gospel and equip believers to live faithfully for the glory of God in the midst of this post-Christian culture, and both he and his wife are actively involved in the community in a variety of ways. Beyond Salem, Jonathan has been involved with working for sanity on issues around gender and human sexuality and is part of the Reformed Congregational Network, which is focused on furthering historical, faithful Congregationalism. He also has been involved in efforts to revitalize and re-evangelize Historic New England Churches. He occasionally blogs at Musings From the Shire.
When not serving the Church and community, Jonathan enjoys spending his time with his wife and his Newfoundlands, keeping up with Boston sports teams, reading, and day outings to local beaches and ice cream shops.
Woody Scott has served an Elder of TCCS for over a decade. He also leads men's discipleship and is a part of the missions team.
